About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary mission is to make sure dental professionals and practices have a great experience with Toothio. You'll be a trusted point of contact for our users, helping resolve issues and keeping professionals engaged on the platform.

We're looking for someone who is energized by conversation, genuinely enjoys helping people, and is excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• User Support: Serve as a point of contact for professionals and practices, resolving issues and escalations.
• Professional Engagement: Connect with dental professionals to help them get started and stay active on the platform.
• Relationship Building: Build trust with our users and help create a positive experience with Toothio.
• Feedback: Share insights from users with the team to help improve our processes.

Requirements

• Phone Confidence: You're comfortable spending much of your day on the phone.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You can build trust with a stranger in under two minutes.
• Empathy & Problem Solving: You listen well and take ownership of finding a solution.
• Positive Energy: Professional, friendly, and solutions-driven.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift and you're expected to keep up.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer support, customer success, recruiting, staffing, or sales
• Dental or healthcare industry experience
• Marketplace or startup experience
• Identifying and communicating process improvements comes naturally to you

Other Important Details

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Tempe, AZ (In-office Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays). Candidates should be based in or willing to commute within the Greater Phoenix metro area.

Scheduling: Standard scheduling is typically 8am–5pm, though flexibility for earlier (7am–3pm) or later (10am–6pm) shifts is a plus based on operational needs.

Compensation: $60,000 annually
