Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring a Junior Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team in Oak Brook, IL .

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement . Representatives work directly with customers while promoting products and services on behalf of our clients within a retail environment.

Catalyst Corporation supports campaigns for nationally recognized brands across industries including telecommunications, smart home services, and renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in a retail environment
• Promote client products, services, and current offers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Provide information on pricing, promotions, and product availability
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Support individual and team sales goals
• Help increase brand awareness through face-to-face customer engagement
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training

• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
