Director of Product Development / AI Director | Political Consulting Firm | Nashville, TN / Atlanta, GA / Austin, TX

Are you an AI-focused builder who knows how to turn emerging technology into practical tools, efficient workflows, and new products? A political consulting firm is seeking a Director of Product Development / AI Director to lead AI adoption across the organization, automate research processes, and develop AI-enabled products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption of AI tools, technologies, and workflows across company operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve political research processes.
• Build practical AI solutions using existing tools, platforms, and vibe-coding technologies.
• Develop AI-enabled products and services that create new business and revenue opportunities.
• Proactively test emerging AI technologies and identify valuable applications for the organization.
• Develop scalable processes and systems that improve operational efficiency and capabilities.

Requirements:

• Advanced, hands-on fluency with AI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Political research, opposition research, or political consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using AI to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Proactive builder who is comfortable independently testing, creating, and implementing new solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes, product development, and scalable systems.
• Candidates must work in Nashville, Atlanta, or Austin ; relocation will be considered.

Compensation: DOE , plus competitive benefits and bonuses.
