Account Manager (Client Growth & Relationship Management)
60k – 85k Base Salary + Performance Incentives

At Engauge Workforce Solutions , we’re looking for a relationship-focused Account Manager to manage and expand our existing client partnerships. This is a true “farmer” role—perfect for someone who enjoys building trust, delivering exceptional service, and uncovering growth opportunities within established accounts.

If you have staffing, recruiting, account management, or manufacturing experience and love working with people, we’d love to connect.

Manage and grow an established portfolio of client accounts.
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and staffing services.
Resolve issues quickly while providing best-in-class customer service.
Maintain client activity and account information in Bullhorn CRM.

✅ Staffing, recruiting, account management, or sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
Experience with Bullhorn or other CRM/ATS platforms is a bonus.
