WHO YOU ARE
• Active Florida PE, non-negotiable.
• SE and/or Threshold Inspector (SI) preferred.
• 15+ years structural. Concrete, PT, and coastal high-rise in your bones.
• You know the difference between a crack and a crisis. And you can prove it.
• Your seal holds weight because you've never lent it out.
• You can walk a garage at 7am and brief a board at 7pm. Same clarity.
• You lead people, not just plans.
• You use AI and you're curious how far it goes.
• You care what a project earns, not just how it stands.
