We’re seeking a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis while partnering closely with operations, sales, and leadership. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Analyze revenue, margin, expenses, inventory, and profitability
Prepare monthly reports, KPIs, and variance analysis
Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and sales
Use NetSuite or Oracle to enhance reporting and efficiency
Assist with pricing analysis, financial modeling, and strategic initiatives

5+ years of finance or accounting experience
~ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
~ Hands-on NetSuite or Oracle experience
~ Strong Excel, communication, and business partnering skills
~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
~ CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
