About the Company Seattle Corporate Search is recruiting a Construction/Industrial Estimator for a confidential construction company supporting industrial and infrastructure projects.

Industrial Construction Estimator
Everett, WA | Full-time | On-site
$Water or wastewater treatment project experience is particularly relevant, and candidates from general contracting, civil, heavy civil, or industrial construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply. You’ll work from an Everett office and visit project sites as needed.

Turn project plans and bid requirements into clear, accurate budgets and proposals.
Develop estimates at different stages of design, from preliminary information through complete construction documents.
Calculate material quantities, labor needs, and equipment costs.
Gather supplier and subcontractor quotes, compare scope, and resolve pricing gaps.
Work with project teams to review assumptions and finalize submissions.
Attend site walks and communicate with project partners.

5+ years of construction estimating experience.
~ Experience with water or wastewater treatment projects.
~ General contracting, civil, heavy civil, or industrial construction experience.
~ Confidence reading construction plans, specifications, and bid documents.
~ Strong Excel skills and experience using estimating software.
~ Familiarity with construction costs and accounting fundamentals.
~ A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
