Accounts Payable Manager – Construction

Job Description

The accounts payable manager compiles and maintains accounts payable records for all operational expenses in a multi-Company environment. Processes credit card statements, following up with credit card users for proper receipts.
Reviews all outbound shipment billing.
Examines duty, ocean, air, and land freight billing payments.
Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and accounts payable files.
Provides reconciliations for the monthly and annual closing process.
Previous Accounting and Accounts Payable experience
Knowledge of General Ledger
Problem Solving/Analysis
Customer/Client Focus
Proficient in Excel
