Director – Capital Markets (Infrastructure Fund)

Blacklock Group is partnered with a leading infrastructure investment platform with a strong track record across energy infrastructure. As the business continues to expand its investment activities, they are seeking to appoint a VP/Director within the Capital Markets team.
This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced capital markets professional to play a leading role in structuring, arranging, and executing financing solutions across a diversified infrastructure portfolio.

Leading acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalisations, and liability management transactions.
Structuring and executing bank, institutional, and private credit financings.
Managing relationships with commercial banks, infrastructure lenders, institutional investors, private credit funds, and financial advisors.
Supporting investment teams during acquisition processes through financing analysis and market intelligence.
Overseeing debt diligence, financial modelling, covenant analysis, and transaction execution.
Preparing investment committee materials and financing recommendations.
Monitoring capital markets conditions and identifying opportunities to optimise portfolio financing structures.

8+ years of relevant experience within infrastructure finance, energy investment banking, project finance, leveraged finance, debt advisory, private credit, or infrastructure investing.
~ Strong understanding of project finance, acquisition finance, and structured debt products.
