Lead Network Engineer Cleveland, OH
We’re seeking a Lead Network Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority within our Service Delivery team. You are a networking expert first, with deep command of Windows Server, virtualization, and cloud technologies to match. You lead escalations, drive infrastructure projects from design through delivery, and mentor junior engineers. Technical Excellence: Complex network and infrastructure issues are resolved efficiently and completely.
Project Leadership: Infrastructure projects are scoped, planned, and executed with precision.
Client environments grow more stable, secure, and thoroughly documented over time.

Act as the primary escalation point for the team’s most complex network and systems issues.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across network, server, and virtualization environments.
Networking & Connectivity
Architect, deploy, and support firewall and switching platforms including SonicWall, Cisco Meraki, and Ubiquiti.
Resolve complex routing, switching, VPN, and connectivity issues across diverse client networks.
Own network design decisions for new deployments and client migrations.

Design, implement, and support Windows Server environments across a varied client base.
Manage virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and VMware.
Support Microsoft 365 cloud services and integrations.

Project Engineering & Telephony
Lead infrastructure projects — server deployments, migrations, and cloud integrations — from planning to handoff.
Deploy and support VoIP systems (3CX, Switchvox, Netsapiens, and Microsoft Teams Phone).
