Our client located in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Human Resources Manager to join their team!

Manage HR KPI objectives and provide development and guidance to HR staff
Management of all employee relation issues and investigations
Manage safety initiatives, policies and procedures
Oversee HR metrics, reporting and HR budgets
Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits and performance management programs

Auto manufacturing experience is a huge plus, manufacturing experience is a must.
Bachelor’s degree required, with 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
