Relationship Manager Senior

Job Description

We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager who will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing workforce and strengthening communication between employees and leadership.

This position is highly visible on the factory floor , serving as the primary HR partner for production employees . You will help address employee concerns, guide supervisors on people-related issues, and ensure employees clearly understand our policies as well as their total rewards and available resources.

Employee Relations & Workforce Support
Serve as the primary HR contact for factory-floor employees .
Address employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and policy questions quickly and professionally.
Partner with supervisors and management to resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment .
Conduct employee relations investigations when needed.

Factory Floor Engagement
Maintain a strong, regular presence on the production floor to build relationships and stay connected with employees.
Support communication between HR, management, and production teams — translating leadership’s vision into something the floor can see, feel, and get behind.

Assist employees with questions regarding total rewards, policies, and other HR programs .
Help employees navigate company resources and ensure they understand available options.
Support benefits enrollment periods, employee education, and ongoing training efforts.

HR Programs & Compliance
Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices .
Maintain documentation of employee relations activities.
Support HR initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and workplace culture .

~ Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
~3+ years of HR and employee relations experience with a demonstrated track record of connecting with hourly workforces; Experience supporting hourly employees in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment .
~ Comfortable working directly on the factory floor and engaging with production teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
Familiarity with benefits administration, HRIS systems, and employee support programs.
HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus, but not required.
