Working closely with our product development and research teams, this role reports directly to the CTO and includes leadership responsibilities over a small team. The position demands a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI models to meet product and research needs
• Tune performance of models to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct research to stay on the cutting edge of AI technology
• Test AI systems rigorously to maintain high quality standards
• Deploy AI solutions into production environments
• Lead a small team to drive AI projects forward

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in artificial intelligence development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
