Browse FlexJobs Listings →The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Systems Engineer to plan and execute complex integration and verification test events. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in system integration and testing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge missile defense technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.
This is a full-time onsite position based in Andover, MA.Â
Support Testing Efforts: Generate technical reports documenting findings through data analysis.
Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues both real-time and through detailed analysis and debugging
Drive Performance: Collaborate across functions, track metrics, and document lessons learned to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues
Modeling and Analysis: Utilize and create modeling and simulation tools to predict system performance and support verification and validation
Document and Communicate: Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and effectively communicate results to Program Management Office (PMO) and System Integration and Test (SI&T) leadership and stakeholders.
Support On-Site Missions and Test Events: Travel as needed (up to 10%) to support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, or lead range support teams from Andover.
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or system testing
Experience with MATLAB, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, and/or other programming languages
DOORS or equivalent) and configuration control practices
Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, and in the field supporting integration and/or verification

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
