The office has a stocked cafeteria and perks that make coming to work something special. But what's more special than the perks is working shoulder to shoulder with people who care. Hard work gets rewarded, loyalty matters, and you'll have the tools and support you need to do the job right.
For the right person, this is where a sales career starts. We've been developing young talent for more than 15 years, including through a long-running summer internship program, and we promote people who prove themselves.
The role
You'll own a book of school partnerships worth approximately $3 million in annual revenue. You'll work in tandem with a Senior Account Executive who wins new schools and owns our largest partnerships, while you own the ongoing relationships: keeping programs running smoothly, helping schools grow, and renewing them every year. This is a sales role built on relationships, with real accountability for the revenue in your book.
What you'll do
- Own your book of schools across both programs and be the name every school coordinator knows
- Renew your schools every year, starting with a simple question: did we work hard enough this year to earn your business next year?
- Grow your schools: help coordinators reach more families, add our spiritwear program to schools that use our supply program, and turn small programs into strong ones
- Drive four season apparel campaigns (Back to School, Holiday, Winter, and End of School): make sure the schools are ready, promoting, and hitting their goals
- Partner with our activation and support team, who handle onboarding and program logistics, so you can focus on relationships and revenue
- Solve school-side problems quickly and warmly, and pull in the right people when something is bigger than a routine fix
- Work from Salesforce daily: follow your work queue, log every conversation, and keep each school's next step and date current
Who you are
- 1 to 3 years out of college, or with early experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Competitive and driven, with a genuine desire to help people. Former athletes and anyone who's worked toward a goal on a team do well here
- Organized enough to manage hundreds of relationships without dropping any of them
- Warm and confident on the phone and by email, and comfortable asking for a commitment
- Someone who wants to be in the office with the team every day and grow into a bigger sales role
- Bonus: experience with schools, PTOs, or volunteer organizations
How you'll be measured
- Renewal rate across your book
- Revenue growth in your schools, including new spiritwear partnerships
- Responsiveness and follow-through
Compensation
$70,000 to $80,000 base salary plus incentive, with total target earnings up to $90,000 to $100,000 and full premium benefits.
