Job Description

SENIOR DATA ENGINEER – ENTERPRISE DATA MODELING
We’re partnering with a large enterprise organization modernizing its data platform and looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong data modeling and engineering expertise. You’ll help build the curated enterprise data layer, designing scalable data models that support analytics, reporting, and business operations while remaining hands-on with implementation.

Design and build conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Develop enterprise data models used across multiple teams and business functions
Analyze source data and assess data quality
Establish data modeling standards and best practices
6+ years of Data Engineering or Data Warehousing experience
~ Strong experience with enterprise data modeling
~ Advanced SQL and hands-on data engineering skills
~ Dimensional modeling and analytics platform experience
~ Experience with data modeling tools (sqlDBM, ER/Studio, Erwin, etc.)
~ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions

Data Vault
AWS or cloud data platforms
Informatica
Data governance and catalog tools

Build foundational enterprise data models used across the organization
Play a key role in a major data modernization initiative
Balanced role: ~50% Data Engineering / 50% Data Modeling
