This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, customer support, and working independently in a professional office environment. The Membership Specialist will play an essential role in supporting daily membership operations and ensuring accurate processing of member information. This position combines administrative responsibilities, database management, and customer service while working in a collaborative, small-office setting.

Process membership applications and maintain accurate member records.
Enter orders and update information within Excel and internal database systems.
Prepare and distribute membership materials and welcome packets.
Scan, copy, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents.
Research previous orders and verify account information as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to member inquiries professionally.
Previous experience in customer service, membership services, administrative support, or a similar role.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working within databases and new software systems.
