This Tax Director opportunity gives you flexibility around how you work, generous PTO and a hybrid setup from NYC. The firm has adapted to the fact that good accountants have lives outside accounting, including during busy season.

You’ll work across a genuinely varied client base, with exposure to more than 65 industries, while still having the sort of direct client relationships that can disappear at larger firms.

At Director level, you’ll be trusted to lead client relationships, advise on complex tax matters, develop the team and play a meaningful role in growing the practice.

So if you’ve reached the point where you want more influence, more autonomy and a clearer route forward, without sacrificing your life to get it, this could be worth a conversation.

You’ll need a strong public accounting tax background and the credibility to operate at Director level. CPA preferred.

You’ll be based out of any of their New Jersey or New York offices, on a hybrid schedule.
