Accounting Manager | Nashville, TN | $110K-$120K + 15% Bonus

A growing healthcare services company is hiring an Accounting Manager to sit at the intersection of accounting and FP&A. You won't be booking journal entries or handling reconciliations. Instead, you'll make sure the numbers coming out of close actually make sense, then turn them into reports and insights that FP&A and practice leaders can act on.

This is a real growth path for someone who's strong in Excel, comfortable with financial analysis, and wants exposure to the finance side without leaving accounting behind.

What you'll do:

• Prep financial analysis and communicate results directly to practice leadership
• Partner closely with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting
• Build reports and decks that drive real decisions, not just check a box
• Support the accounting team through close without owning the entries or recs

What makes this a great move:

• Healthcare industry background or Physician Services/MSO experience is a big plus
• Strong Excel/Power BI skills matter more than years of experience
• Direct exposure to the C-suite in a young, energetic culture
• A CFO who's sharp and known for promoting from within
• Hybrid schedule, 3-4 days a week in downtown Nashville

Compensation: $110K-$120K base plus 15% bonus, full benefits, and 401(k) with match.
