LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a stable and growing manufacturing organization seeking an Accounting Supervisor. This position will lead the financial reporting function, oversee two direct reports, and play a key role in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities within a fast-paced accounting environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys GL accounting, learning the ropes of supervision/management, financial reporting, and working in a collaborative team-oriented culture. Internal and External Audit Support
Financial Statement Preparation
Staff Supervision and Development
Process Improvement Initiatives
Special Projects and Ad Hoc Analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
~5+ years of progressive accounting experience
~ Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred
~ Annual discretionary bonus opportunity of 10%
