We are looking to expand in the New Jersey area by hiring a Business Development & Staffing Specialist who will be responsible for targeting new clients, building existing relationships with current clients, and identifying the best quality candidates in the market.

New Business development to build relationships to generate revenue
Full desk model opportunity – includes recruiting talent, new business development to foster relationships with hiring managers, and account management.
Maintain client relationships to generate better outcomes for clients and candidates in order to place candidates on Permanent, Temporary, Temporary to Permanent, and Contract/Project opportunities.
Placement skill sets may include anything to maintain a clients back-office: All accounting & finance roles from CFO to bookkeeping and accounting clerks. General administrative roles: Executive / Personal assistants to receptionist. General business roles: Customer service, compliance, and logistics. Be able to manage multiple projects.
