This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys leadership, mentorship, and driving business growth while delivering impactful infrastructure and development projects. Provide leadership and oversight for municipal infrastructure and private development projects. Lead proposal development, responses to RFPs, and contract negotiations. Serve as a technical resource for project management, quality assurance, and staff development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, including project management and/or business development responsibilities. Experience with municipal infrastructure, land development, water resources, transportation, permitting, and construction projects.
