COMMERCIAL FINANCE DIRECTOR USA (m/f/d)
For our client, a well-established international company operating in the construction, infrastructure and engineering sector, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader to take overall responsibility for the U.S. commercial organization.

Lead Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury and Commercial Project Management
Drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial performance
Manage cash flow, working capital and liquidity
Provide commercial oversight of complex construction and infrastructure projects
Lead contract, claims and risk management activities
Manage relationships with clients, banks, auditors, insurers and external partners
Develop and lead a high-performing commercial team

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Engineering or a related field
Proven leadership experience in a senior commercial or finance role
project-based industries
Expertise in project controlling, cost management, forecasting, cash flow and commercial risk management
Fluent English, German is an advantage
