Job Description

We are partnering with a growing organization to find a Director of Finance who will own the numbers behind its capital projects from early development through long-term operation. Reporting to the head of finance for the business unit, this leader will combine forward-looking planning and cost oversight with hands-on transaction work.
Day to day, you will build and maintain project budgets and forecasts while developing the models that guide key decisions. You will prepare materials for investment committee review and manage reporting obligations and compliance requirements with lenders. When new capital is raised, you will play a central part in structuring debt and seeing each transaction through to completion.

You will work alongside senior executives and a broad mix of partners across the finance and operating groups. As the organization scales, you will have a clear path to build and lead a dedicated finance team.

The successful candidate will come with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field and 8+ years in project finance within the construction, similar or adjacent industry.

The role is based in Denver, CO, with a hybrid office policy. Relocation assistance is available.
