Entry Level Assistant Payroll Clerk

COMPANY DESCRIPTION Pacific Manufacturing Ohio is a Tier-1 Automotive parts supplier based in Fairfield, Ohio. As a subsidiary of Pacific Industrial in Ogaki City, Japan, we specialize in metal stamping components, plastic extrusion, and TMPS for auto manufacturers in the United States and Canada.
Perform necessary clerical payroll functions needed to complete bi-weekly payroll.

Set up temporary employees in Time on Demand
· Maintain payroll files and box files for storage.
· Backup for payroll orientation when supervisor is unavailable

Previous Payroll experience.
Data entry and good record keeping techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft business applications (word and excel).
Shift
· 1 st Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm with a 30m lunch.
