Job Description

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and operational environments, with strong expertise in .NET, AWS, SQL, production support, deployments, and troubleshooting .
Roles and Responsibilities
Support Development, UAT, and Production environments.
Monitor application health, system performance, and operational dashboards.
Troubleshoot production incidents, application issues, and data processing failures.
Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
Work with project managers to investigate and resolve client-reported issues.
Support data processing, operational workflows, and scheduled jobs.
Participate in production support and release activities.
Maintain deployment scripts, release procedures, environment configurations, and application settings.
Improve operational monitoring and alerting capabilities.
Support AWS-hosted environments, cloud resources, scalability, monitoring, and logging.
Troubleshoot .NET applications and services and support application enhancements and defect resolution.
Develop utility programs, automation tools, and operational scripts.
Assist with code reviews and release readiness.
Support database development and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
~5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and operational environments.
~ Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
~ Experience with .NET applications, AWS, and deployment/release processes .
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
~ Strong SQL skills, including query development, stored procedures, data analysis, and troubleshooting data issues .
