Sibelco Group is launching its Global Graduate Programme at the Stjernøy processing plant in Alta. The two-year rotation includes two one-year assignments in operational and technical roles, ending with long-term career prospects within Sibelco.

The programme includes a permanent contract from day one and a focus on improving reliability, efficiency and investment planning as part of the Stjernøy plant improvement initiatives.
