Are you a seasoned IT sourcing professional with a passion for client engagement and strategic deal-making? Our team in Jersey City is seeking a dynamic Technology Sourcing Expert to join our high-performing team and lead sourcing initiatives across IT, hardware, software, telecom, and emerging technologies.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll be at the forefront of delivering value, shaping sourcing strategies, and building trusted relationships with global stakeholders. Deliver high-impact, value-added sourcing services to our clients in a structured, professional, and consistent manner. Influence decision-making through commercial insight and deep market expertise.

Lead complex, multi-region sourcing projects across IT categories including cybersecurity, software, SaaS, hosted platforms, networks, data centers, hardware, and telecom.
Ensure alignment with client priorities, compliance standards, and risk frameworks.

Commercial Strategy & Deal Structuring
Analyze financial models and cost scenarios to inform negotiation strategies.
Structure deals that deliver commercial advantage while ensuring operational fit and scalability.
Drive cost savings and value creation without compromising service quality.

Draft and negotiate contracts including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, amendments, and task orders.
Ensure supplier performance, issue resolution, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to uphold policies and contractual integrity.
Familiarity with global regulatory requirements and data protection standards related to technology sourcing.
Ability to manage engagement risk and ensure contractual integrity across regions.

Professional Foundation
More than a decade of progressive experience leading complex IT sourcing initiatives across hardware, software, telecom, cybersecurity, SaaS, and managed services categories.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic sourcing leader, balancing commercial rigor with policy alignment and enterprise risk considerations.
Highly adaptable in dynamic, client‑driven environments, with a consistent focus on quality, speed, and strategic outcomes.

Deep understanding of the IT supplier landscape across the Americas and globally.
Demonstrates a highly consultative approach, proactively identifying client needs, challenging assumptions, and recommending data-driven sourcing strategies.
Acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients derive maximum value across commercial, operational, and strategic dimensions.

Skilled in contract structuring and driving supplier accountability.
Experienced in presenting sourcing strategies and recommendations to both internal and external senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and optimal outcomes from both a policy and commercial perspective.

Strategic & Financial Acumen
Ability to build financial baselines, assess savings opportunities, and support data‑driven sourcing decisions.
Skilled in sourcing platforms and tools such as SAP Ariba, Apadua, Jaggaer, Archlet, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics dashboards.
Comfortable working with benchmarks, market intelligence, and digital sourcing methodologies.

Ability to manage competing priorities while consistently delivering high‑quality outcomes.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for New York City Metro Area is $120,000 to $180,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
