Lead Full Stack Developer (.Net/Angular)

Job Description

Location: Hybrid Princeton, NJ (3 days/week on site)

Position Description

• In this role, you’ll build modern, production‑scale applications end‑to‑end using a current .NET and Angular stack, with real ownership, cloud exposure, and strong architectural collaboration.
• Build and support enterprise web applications across frontend and back‑end layers
• Collaborate in an Agile team with product, QA, and architecture on design and delivery
• Create scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions in cloud environments
• Unit testing
• Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and JIRA‑based tracking

Required Skills

• Healthcare Payer or Behavioral Health industry experience is required
• 10+ years professional experience building full‑stack web applications
• Hands‑on backend development with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (or equivalent)
• RESTful API development and integration
• Familiarity with Jenkins and DevOps – to closely work with the DevOps teams
• Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum delivery
• Experience Unit Testing
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root‑cause analysis
• Strong communication and cross‑team collaboration skills
