Healthcare Facility | Full-Time (2pm to 10:30pm Tues-Sat)

Job Summary 

Performs a variety of basic maintenance functions. This is a traveling position. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities:

– Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.

– Assists in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs.

– Maintains equipment; performs minor equipment repairs using power and hand tools.

– Performs a variety of other unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changing and drywall maintenance.

– Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes maintenance work orders, tests and inspections.

– Reads, comprehends and transmits complicated detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

– 3 to 5 years of general building maintenance experience

– Strong interpersonal skills

– Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system

– Experience with minor drywall and flooring

– Building Automation Systems (BAS) 

– Generator monitoring – remote notification system 

– Text alerts and responding to generators running

– Driver’s license and clean driving record 

Salary: 

$24.00 to $32.00 per hour
