A reputable engineering firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team. Located in San Diego, CA, the position offers a full-time opportunity to work on diverse land development projects. The role involves leading project efforts across various stages and managing client relationships.

The San Diego office primarily supports healthcare and mixed-use projects and offers a collaborative, employee-focused culture with strong leadership visibility, team events, flexible scheduling, and long-term growth opportunities.

Direct Hire | San Diego, CA Hybrid (Mon-Wed in office, Thu-Fri flexible) | $100,000-140,000 + discretionary annual bonus

Senior Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

• Land development projects
• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Grading, drainage, stormwater, and hydrology/hydraulic calculations
• Managing project budgets and schedules
• Leading design teams and mentoring junior engineers
• Client relationship management
• Working within multidisciplinary AEC teams

Senior Civil Engineer Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• PE license (California preferred)
• 8-12 years of land development experience
• Civil 3D proficiency
• Strong project management and client-facing experience
