We believe that getting care shouldn't be the hardest part of healthcare. We were built to fix this at scale. Our platform dramatically improves the patient experience end to end, carrying out complicated workflows with a human touch that patients are looking for.

What You'll Do

  • Build and ship product: Write production-level code — developing integrations, configuring AI agents, and implementing platform logic tailored to each customer's workflows and scheduling needs.
  • Lead implementations start to finish: Develop and manage technical project plans from initial scoping through launch, coordinating internal teams, delegating tasks, and keeping timelines on track.
  • Strengthen our core advantage: Our edge comes from staying deeply engaged with customers until everything works as intended. You'll design the systems and playbooks that turn complex, one-off implementations into scalable, repeatable processes.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact: Act as the main technical liaison for customer teams — running discovery sessions, resolving integration roadblocks, and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Refine AI agents in the field: Track agent performance in live environments, identify failure patterns, and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and the overall patient experience.
  • Expand existing accounts: Support growth after go-live by rolling out new features, spotting upsell opportunities, and getting ahead of emerging issues.
  • Inform product direction: Turn what you learn from customers and the field into clear requirements that shape our roadmap.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong technical background: 3+ years of engineering experience implementing complex software while collaborating directly with customers. This is a hands-on coding role, not a project-management-only position.
  • Proven project leadership: Experience managing complex, multi-track technical projects and coordinating across teams to hit deadlines.
  • Comfort in front of customers: Experience serving as the main technical contact — confident leading architecture conversations and building relationships with technical stakeholders.
  • Sharp product instincts: Skilled at turning customer needs into insights that connect real-world use cases with engineering priorities.
