- 10+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE development
- Strong Java & Spring ecosystem experience
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
- RESTful Web Services & Microservices
- Hibernate / JPA and database persistence
- React JS, JavaScript, HTML & CSS
- Maven / Gradle, Git
- Docker & CI/CD
- Azure DevOps
- Strong database experience with DB2, MS SQL, PostgreSQL or similar
- Unit, Integration & End-to-End Testing
- Application troubleshooting, debugging & performance optimization
- Security, authentication & authorization
Preferred Skills:
- AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Kubernetes
- Microservices & Distributed Systems
- DevOps, Monitoring & Logging
- Agile/Scrum experience
