Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Location: Onsite – Bethpage, NY, USA

Duration: 12 months

Only W2 (NO C2C/1099)

Job Description/ Responsibilities :

Experience: 8+ years in network engineering/administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routing, switching)

• Troubleshoot complex network issues and ensure high availability/uptime

• Manage network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network architecture and upgrades

• Monitor network performance and capacity planning

• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams

• Mentor junior network resources

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Cisco/Juniper routing & switching

• Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto/Fortinet/Cisco ASA)

• Knowledge of MPLS, SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF

• Experience with network monitoring tools

• Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE preferred)

Good to Have:

• Cloud networking exposure (AWS/Azure)

• ITIL process familiarity
