The Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Technical Leader to work alongside our CTO and provide senior technical leadership across client projects.
You will work directly with founders, executives, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions, guide architecture decisions, and oversee technical delivery.
This role is ideal for an experienced Tech Lead, Software Architect, Engineering Manager, CTO, or Fractional CTO who combines strong engineering expertise with excellent client communication skills.

– Serve as a trusted technical advisor to founders, executives, and business stakeholders.
– Translate business requirements into technical plans, milestones, and engineering priorities.
– Guide architecture and technology decisions across web, mobile, APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and AI.
– Evaluate technical trade-offs, scalability, security, costs, and delivery risks.

Requirements
– Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
– 5+ years of senior software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership experience.
– Experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, Engineering Manager, CTO, Fractional CTO, or similar.
– Strong knowledge of modern software architecture, web and mobile applications, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and AI technologies.
– Proven experience working directly with clients, founders, or executive stakeholders.
– Ability to translate business objectives into practical technical solutions.
– Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence leading client meetings.
– Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
– Ability to work independently and attend scheduled meetings during US business hours.
Nice to Have
– Experience with US-based clients or technology consulting.
– Technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or product strategy.
– SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce, or AI-enabled products.
– AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps, cloud security, or compliance.
Schedule & Compensation
– Commitment: Approximately 4–5 hours per week initially.
– Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap during US business hours.
– Location: Fully remote.
– Duration: Long-term, with potential for expanded responsibilities.
