WE’RE HIRING: Must be able to work on-site in our Forest Park branch office Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/accidental/life insurance) + commission

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead and grow our Forest Park, IL staffing operation.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a staffing professional who understands both sides of the business: developing client relationships and driving recruiting/branch performance.

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Forest Park branch
Drive new business development and revenue growth within the local market
Identify opportunities to expand staffing partnerships with employers
Oversee recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, placements, and workforce needs
Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver staffing solutions
Monitor branch performance, productivity, and key staffing metrics
Help ensure a strong candidate and client experience from initial contact through placement
Represent SwipeJobs professionally within the local business community

Proven experience managing recruiters or staffing teams
~ Experience within light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or high-volume staffing preferred
~ Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
~ Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, workforce management, and staffing operations
~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
~ A hands-on management style with the ability to both lead a team and develop business
