Responsibilities:
- Oversee all federal, state, and local tax compliance for the funds and management company
- Manage K-1s, tax allocations, estimates, and year-end tax reporting
- Lead tax planning for the CEO/CIO’s family office and foundation
- Partner with CFO on annual budget and management company financials
- Manage federal and state tax audits and monitor changes in tax legislation
