HYBRID ROLE- VP OF FINANCE & ACCOUNTING – PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM

The salary range for this position is $190,000-$220,000 plus bonus and carried interest. Plus it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. Private Equity & Credit
Lead quarterly valuation and financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
Prepare financial statements for private credit operating company and bespoke investment SPVs
Lead annual financial statement audits for private equity funds and credit operating company
Coordinate tax preparation and limited partner K-1 issuance with outside accounting firm
Oversee fund performance projections with Chief Investment Officer and investing team
Support senior leadership team with fundraising requests and ad hoc financial analysis

Oversee general ledger accounting and AP/AR for management company, general partners, and affiliated operating companies
Assist General Partner with budgeting and treasury forecasting
Manage outsourced Human Resources and IT functions

Compliance & Regulatory
Develop and maintain compliance policies, internal controls, and risk management practices
Coordinate annual legal entity filings with General Counsel and outside agencies
