Credit & Collections Specialist Location: Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Our client, a well-established and growing company in the construction services industry, is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume commercial collections environment and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to drive results.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the collections process for a large commercial portfolio while working closely with Sales and Operations in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 commercial customer accounts
Perform high-volume B2B collections through phone and email outreach
Research and resolve customer billing disputes in partnership with Sales and Operations
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate account records
Prepare and analyze AR Aging, DSO, and other collection reports
Participate in weekly meetings with the Sales team to review collection strategies and outstanding balances
Maintain strong customer relationships while driving timely collections
5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) collections experience
~ Experience managing a high-volume commercial portfolio of 300+ accounts
~ Strong account reconciliation and dispute resolution experience
~ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and reporting
~ Salary: $80,000–$85,000 (flexible up to $90,000 for highly qualified candidates)
