DCM Bonds role at mid-sized foreign bank in NYC

Summary:

The Debt Capital Markets Bonds team advises, arranges, originates and executes debt financings for corporations, financial institutions, sovereigns and public sector borrowers. The New York team focuses on US corporates and provides clients access to the global debt capital markets.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market developments, companies, and industries
• Production of client facing marketing materials, including pitch books, market updates, and pricing indications
• Create company and industry specific financial models
• Assist execution of live deals
• Support our global debt capital markets bonds team as a liaison for our USD pricing and presentation activities
• Miscellaneous responsibilities as required to support the local Corporate Finance team
• Compliant with all regulatory requirements at all times

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2 years solid finance and capital markets background
• Experience in banking or finance – e.g. credit analysis, financial modeling, corporate lending, risk management
• Debt capital markets experience highly preferred
• Expected above average proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Financial modeling and Bloomberg experience highly preferred
