Director of Product Management Location: Hybrid (New York Metro Preferred)
Our client, a leading provider of financial technology solutions, is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, development, and execution of enterprise software products serving the financial services industry.
This leadership role will partner closely with engineering, sales, operations, client services, and executive leadership to deliver innovative software solutions that address evolving client needs while driving business growth.
The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise with experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software within capital markets, wealth management, asset management, banking, or financial services.
Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to prioritize features and deliver high-quality products
Prioritize product investments based on customer value and business objectives
Define KPIs and measure product success using data-driven insights
Build relationships with strategic customers and executive stakeholders
Manage product backlogs and Agile development processes
Work cross-functionally across technology, operations, compliance, implementation, and customer success
5+ years leading enterprise software or SaaS products
~ Financial services or FinTech experience required
~ Experience building B2B software products
