HYBRID ROLE- Senior Pricing Manager – Law Firm
The salary range for this position is $200,000-$240,000 plus bonus, and comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. We are seeking a Senior Manager to help shape and execute pricing strategies that support our clients and strengthen firm performance.

Partner with attorneys and practice leaders to develop pricing strategies and fee arrangements (hourly, fixed, capped, phased, hybrid, contingency, success-based).
Evaluate profitability, realization, and execution risk through scenario and sensitivity analysis; monitor performance and explain key variances.
Leverage historical data and relevant benchmarks to support value-based pricing discussions and recommendations.
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting that improve visibility into pricing performance and revenue risk indicators.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
Relevant experience in legal pricing, law firm finance, practice management, or professional services pricing
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working with large data sets.
