Senior Risk Solutions Analyst
Our client is a fast-growing insurance technology startup focused on transforming risk into a strategic asset. They are building a platform to revolutionize the captive management industry and our Risk Solutions group sits at the center of that effort.
As a Senior Risk Solutions Analyst, you come to deeply understand global risk markets and play a vital role in servicing our clients.
You will use our proprietary platform to model client circumstances, run analyses, and generate insights for our clients and broader business.

Quantitative Analysis & Financial Modeling:
Apply your analytical skills and market knowledge to create insights that help shape clients’ investment and risk management thinking.
Use our proprietary platform to model client circumstances, run scenario analyses, and conduct stress tests.
Develop and refine financial models to evaluate complex insurance transactions and captive structures.
Support the design of tailored risk solutions by modeling financials, claims data, and investment scenarios.
Enable our team of Risk Strategists by preparing materials for client meetings, conducting research, and providing the analytics needed to grow client relationships.
Assist in structuring and arranging reinsurance and fronting arrangements.
Market Intelligence
Develop a deep and holistic understanding of the overall insurance and reinsurance industry, capital markets, and the concepts and trends in global financial markets.
Maintain a comprehensive view of the market to educate colleagues and help prepare for client presentations.
Model client and market circumstances in our domain using the company’s proprietary analytics tools, keeping our domain up to date with the latest market intelligence.
A yearning to deeply understand our industry, clients, and business. A strong understanding of financial concepts, analytics, math, and statistics. You have an aptitude for creative quantitative work involving financial data and the ability to solve complex problems through analysis.
Agility & Open-Mindedness: The ability to quickly adapt to an ever-changing client, regulatory, and technical landscape. A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record.
